Returns & Exchanges

At Youcare.global we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible.

However, according to the Law of most countries of the world (including France, Great Britain, Russia), non-food products sold on our website (chemicals and other household items) can not be returned and exchanged for a similar product of other shapes, colors or configurations. Thus No Refund shall be made once goods of proper quality are sold. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. We hold a retention sample of every batch of product that we make. We will have our chemist check this sample should you be unsure of your product.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS OF NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

All items purchased on youcare.global are non-returnable/ non-refundable. The only exception is made for products received in damaged or defective condition and this information is sent to us by e-mail within the stipulated period.

Please do not accept any packages which are damaged or tampered with. In such a case, please return the product to the courier delivery person immediately if it’s possible. All customers are requested to inform us of any wrongly delivered products, items not received, products damaged in transit and products with manufacturing defects within 48 hours from their delivery at the customer’s address. Claims beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

RMP is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Items that vary from the description/specification
  • Wrong quantity
  • Expired Product
  • Product original packaging not opened, product not used in the same condition that you received it
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

Please send us an email on rmpmarine.svetlana@gmail.com with the full description of the issue being faced with the product. The inclusion of a few photographs or short video of the problem will greatly help to arrive at a speedy resolution.

We will investigate the issue and revert with the solution. You are requested to kindly send back the product only after receiving a return authorization from us. Items sent without a return authorisation will not be accepted/ or processed for refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund will be processed once the product has been received by us in intact condition and after proper examination by our after-sales team.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the process will be completed within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are wrong/damaged/defective/expired. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rmpmarine.svetlana@gmail.com.

Replacements will depend on the availability of the item with the supplier. Replacement process will begin after the returned product is received by the supplier.

If your goods are damaged on the way to you and you have used our courier, please take photos and send these to us. We will assess the photos and get in touch with the courier to sort this out for you. If you have used your own courier or transport, you will need to take this up with them.

Exchange of products may be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms- considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. You are requested to kindly send back the product only after receiving a return authorization from us.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should send your product back to our office address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?

You can cancel the order any time before it gets dispatched. To cancel the order, you will need to email us at rmpmarine.svetlana@gmail.com stating the order ID. After your request, it will take us a maximum of 1-3 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email.
